In respect to these contests, the participant furthermore agrees to the publication of their uploaded photo or the uploaded product review with their full first name with surname initial, both in connection with the contest as well as together with the winnings, after our posting on www.sqinzero.ch and/or Facebook or Instagram pages of SQIN ZERO. The participant shall ensure that uploaded photos conform to all legal requirements, particularly image rights. SQIN ZERO reserves the right to refuse publication of photos or texts containing content that clearly do not conform to legal requirements (these photos shall not be publicly posted and shall be excluded from the contest).

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
