Can we transfer your client data?

As our company will be acquired by a larger Swiss vendor, we are seeking your permission to transfer your data to them so you can continue enjoying your same client benefits. Without your dat transfer consent you will have to manually become a client of the new vendor once the name of the company/brand is announced
Can we transfer your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data such as name, last name, e-mail, address etc?
Can we transfer your Customer data such as number of orders, products ordered, discounts used etc?
